Sausage & Sauerkraut
  1. Melt butter in cast iron pan. Fry sausage until warm (I like mine crispy around the edges). Add Sauerkraut, stir and bake in oven at 350* for approximately 20 or until heated through. Serve with warm soft pretzels, homemade bread or buns and of course…Beer!

I used Skinless Smoked Sausage but you can use polish sausage, hot dogs, brats etc…
